How can we make adjustments on optical len in laser pod lights for even distribution of lights

For our 40w laser pod lights installing sanan led, it is possible to adjust the optical len with special-purpose adjustment tool for even beam distribution of lights within correct focal distance.
The possibility of beam width adjustment arise from the following conditions:
Pre-designed Optics: Our laser pod lights come with pre-designed optical lenses specifically chosen to achieve a much focused light pattern. This pattern could be even zero or a little wider. These lenses are permanently fixed to optimize light output for the narrow illumination purpose.
Positioning the Light: Experiment with the placement of the laser pod light on high mountain or top of tower. Changing the distance and angle relative to the farthest area can affect light distribution greatly. You might find an area within the allowed focal distance where the wider light pattern offers acceptable uniformity.
Using Diffusers: If the light pattern is not wide enough after repeated adjustments, consider adding diffusers in front of the light source. Diffusers scatter light, creating a softer and more even light distribution performance . You can find pre-made diffusers online or experiment with translucent materials like films or gels. However, diffusers might slightly reduce overall brightness.
Lens choices: If even light distribution is very important, explore laser pod lights with custom-made wide flood lenses. These lenses are designed to offer a broader and more uniform light spread effect compared to common spot beam lenses.
