Why do most cheap smd led chips results in flickering, dimming, or total led decay failure within 3 months

As we know, LED chip is one of the most important components in off-road led work light, which decides the lumen, lighting color temperature and lifetime.
However, some cheapest led work lights will flicker,dim or even fail in led decay after short period of operation in warranty time.
As a professional factory with 16 years hands on experiences, we tested some cheapest stuff we found on the market and make some following conclusions:
1) Poor LED driver ics:
SMD LEDs need a special circuit called a LED driver to convert the input current at higher voltage to lower voltage. Cheaply made drivers often cant regulate the power supply stably. This can result in fluctuations in voltage or current, causing flickering or dimming. In severe cases, these fluctuations can damage the LED chip entirely.
1)Flickering: This is often caused by the drivers inability to keep the power supply in stable working status.
2)Dimming: This can be caused by either a poor driver or the degradation of the LED chip itself due to low-quality materials or recycled waste materails.
Abiding by ISO 9001:2015 quality management system, Teehon has been using Samsung capacitors, taiwan-made LED drivers ics and 30000 hour tested lifetime SMD LEDs for the long durablity of our led work lights, led light bars so as to avoid most of technical defects .

2)Low-Grade Materials:
SMD LEDs are made of various components such as die,led bulbs and optics, and the quality of these materials matters much. Cheaper chips might use lower-grade phosphors or even subpar LED dies themselves. These materials can degrade faster, leading to a decrease in brightness (dimming) or complete failure in short time.
Heres a quick breakdown of common defects we have found.1)Flickering: This is often caused by the drivers inability to keep the power supply in stable working status.
2)Dimming: This can be caused by either a poor driver or the degradation of the LED chip itself due to low-quality materials or recycled waste materails.
3)Failure: This is the most extreme outcome, often caused by a combination of the above issues stressing the LED chip beyond its capacity.
