What can we do to improve the luminous efficacy of led work lamp without compromising else

The actual lighting performance of led work lamp relys on the total lumen. In order to improve the brightness, we need to adjust its acutal power consumption up to the nominal power as high as possibile. One of the solutions is to improve the luminous efficacy according to following ideas.
First, we need try to adopt LED chips with higher lumens-per-watt (lm/W) rating. The recent technological developments of Cree, Osram and other brands constantly provide more efficient options.Ensure durable LED performance by using tightly binned LED chips that can help maximize output uniformity.Also, LED chips with optimal thermal management characteristics can withstand higher working temperature.
Secondly, we should consider the optimization when designing the shape of refector optics and choosing materails such as PC or PMMA for specific requirements. Or select optical lens with the appropriate refractive index and profile to make light more focused. Apply anti-reflective coatings to lens and reflector optics to reduce light loss.
Thirdly,adopt thicker diecast aluminum housings with heat sink at the back to enhance heat transfer.Ensure wide heat sink design with sufficient surface area and efficient fin structure. Consider using thermal conductivity enhancers if possible. Consider improving airflow around the heat sink to enhance heat dissipation.
Besides the above-mentioned points, we can try to utilize power consumption at most by choosing supply drivers with minimal power loss. Excellent, LED constant current driver ic is also very important to maintain consistent LED performance and efficiency.
Lastly, the inside PCBAs design is the most consideration we cannot forget.Adopt thicker copper trace to aluminum substrate pcba, arrange components on the pcba well to reduce heat generation and improve thermal dissipation.
