How can we reduce the glare of auto led work lamp without minimizing its brightness

Super bright auto led work lamps without glare are very important for offroad driving adventure. However, you cannot achieve them well at the same level, so you need to balance them by considering the following points.

After choosing famous and reliable led chips, you need to put the lumen of led chip, cost and heat dissipation into total consideration.

For specific lighting scenario, you need to test the correct beam patterns by choosing reflectors or optical lens. You need to find the suitable led chips that can illuminate the area well with reflectors. To optimize the light distribution, you can choose diffuser instead  although it can reduce overall brightness a little. If glare the major concern, you can choose the correct diffuser with needed beam angle to minimize the light loss.

Color temperature is another issue that might affect result in glare in some way. A color temperature of 5000K-6500K is generally recommended for the perfect visibility and alertness.  

By the way, do not forget to keep the auto led work lamps clean and secured. Dust,vibration arsing from loose installations can make the lens or diffusers poor in light output. Ensure all electrical connections are well achieved to prevent voltage drops that can dim the led chips.
