What we must know before we install Teehon led work lights onto heavy duty equipments and vehicles in mines

Here are some major points we must consider before installing Teehon LED work lights on heavy duty mining equipments:

1.  Lighting Requirements:

Task and Area: What specific tasks will the LED work lights be used for? Different constructions and operation tasks require different light output and beam patterns. For example, flood beams are good for general illumination in wide area, while spot beams are better for focused tasks in narrow area.

Temperature Rating: Mining operations can experience very high temperatures, even up to 80 degrees celcisus in the summer . Ensure the LED work lights you select are rated for the temperature range they can work reliably at.

3.  Power Source and  Electrical Compatibility:

Voltage: Make sure the LED work lights are compatible with the voltage of your mining equipment. Common voltages for mining equipment include 12V, 24V, and 48V.
