Professional Installation Guide to Music-Sync RGB LED Grille Lights for Jeep Wrangler

Check the complete kit of our RGB LED grille light that can synchronize to the music before removing any trim or grille parts on a jeep.

The typical kit set cover 7 led grille lights components, main wiring harness with wire branches connectors, metal mounting bracket, screws and bolts.

We suggest some necessary tools are prepared, such as screwdrivers, trim removal tool, wrench, zip ties, electrical tape and a clean cloth.

Switch off the jeep, remove the key, and disconnect any power connection before starting the installation.

Open the hood and remove the original clips or fasteners. Release front the grille carefully without forcing the surrounding trim.

Place one LED grille light in each grille slot one by one. Keep the cable outlet toward the rear side so the wiring can be hidden behind the front grille of the jeep.

Install the supplied metal brackets from the rear side. Tighten the fasteners evenly and confirm that every module sits straight, flushed and secured.  Just remember that excessive force may result in deformation of  the grille or bracket.

Connect every LED grille light to the matching branch wire connector on the main harness. Push connectors fully
into place and avoid pulling on the cable itself. Route the harness behind the front grille and through the engine bay. Use zip ties to keep the loom away from sharp edges, moving parts and high-temperature areas.

Just remember to choose only rated power rating, fuse point suitable for the application. Exact fuse amperage, pinout and wire-color mapping are not defined in the supplied material.

Do not need route the control into the cabin for power supply. The control component can be charged separately for application. Just protect the control cable from sharp metal edges and avoid pinching it under trim panels.

Reconnect to power supply on the jeep and turn on the switch system, and ensure that led grille lights work normally.
Check color patterns change, mode patterns alternation and synchronization after the control component starts to work.

After all of the tests finish, refit the grille and reinstall the original clips / fasteners to secure the grille evenly on the jeep.

Recheck the brackets and harness careful to make sure that nothing has loosened or moved.
